Gaping wide open. This is just gaping, but bigger.

Counter-proposal, this seems like a valid concept and something that should be searchable/blacklistable.

Someone will have to decide where to draw the line between extreme and non-extreme gaping or I can imagine it not being super useful.

We can say something is gaping "extremely" if the hole is larger than the character's fist. Thoughts?
