Utility Alias Pippin and Merry

BUR #21019 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias pippin_(lotr) -> peregrin_took
create alias merry_(lotr) -> meriadoc_brandybuck

No one, only Gandalf, is calling them Peregrin and Meriadoc. Merry and Pippin are both ambigous, which is why I would say it's better to stay with the full names for them.

Perhaps the qualifier should be *_(Tolkien) instead in case other Tolkien titles need it and to be able to more broadly cover characters that might appear in one or more of his works or derivatives based on his works.
