between_fingers Implications

I've noticed the lack of the said tag while trying to tag posts below:

So I thought it would be a good idea to also add these implications to this tag since it lets you shorten it to just one tag instead of 2-3, if you were to search for these specific posts by holding_paper ofuda or holding_paper ofuda between_fingers, which let's you fit in one more tag as a restricted user, for example: hakurei_reimu ofuda_between_fingers.

I'd like to include these implications in here as well, since it seems proper that other *_between_fingers tags should also imply between fingers.

Should card between fingers imply holding card? Knives between fingers does, but on the other hand, holding cards between the fingers is different than holding them in the normal way.
