deprecate quincy
The tag of the Quincy from Bleach lacks any qualifier, despite there are dozens of tags named "Quincy" on Danbooru. Since the tag of the Hollow from Bleach got its qualfier, I see no reason for this to not have it. Also deprecate the qualifier-less version.
