@functi did you make a mistake while you were typing and don't know how to edit the BUR? If you click on "bulk update request #20647" you'll be redirected to a page to edit it. The artist is active under both names but they use きたく（仲町まち）for some accounts, so I'd reverse this or make the final tag kitaku_(nakamachi_machi).
