I think not, it looks like just a nickname. vivian_seong_(blushyspicy) should be sufficient.

I was able to find at leave one example of a character tag that uses quotations to include a nickname: pete "maverick" mitchell

Utility alias: The artists themselves mostly call her Vivi on twitter. Someone searching for "Vivi*" wouldn't find her, because doesn't have enough images on here. "Vivi_(blushyspicy)" wouldn't work either.
Also, I didn't know her name is Vivian and I also thought it's Vivi, because of the commentary like on post #6803319.
