Putting this here since it seems too minor to be worth its own thread. I assume the (npc) qualifier was initially to distinguish the character from projekt red (arknights), but I doubt this is actually necessary. He'll only even show up in the tag list if you type "red_(arknights)" and I don't think even someone completely oblivious to the copyright would pick the 30 post red (arknights) over the 700+ projekt red (arknights) if the latter was what they were looking for. Mistags probably aren't a real concern.
For Rubio's Daughter the distinction is entirely pointless, when we don't do that for any other character, even in Arknights (besides the aforementioned red (npc) (arknights)).

This new "Chen Qianyu" seems to have replaced the old unnamed Endfield Dragon Girl seen in early official art. I'm guessing it was a design that was replaced in the nearly two years since the initial teaser, but I'm not entirely certain. There's one more character reveal (tomorrow), but it's most likely for not-kal'tsit.
For now I've put the "new design" under chen qianyu (arknights), and left the old ones in endfield dragon girl (arknights). My proposal is to tag the old ones with prototype design, but we could leave the tags completely separate if that would be better.
(making this BUR now in hopes nobody will go through and change the tag themselves, and to get other opinions on the matter)
