For example, post #6797699 at the moment is tagged 1boy 3girls loli (with "those who suck dick are usually female" in mind), but it could be 4boys shota yaoi or 1boy 3others ambiguous_gender <something> just as well.
On e621, we have different tags for two genders ("loli", "shota") and age ("baby", "toddler", "child", "teenager"), all of which in turn imply "young", but, as I noticed, operators of this website for whatever reason really hate those words when applied to lewd stuff.

Not to my knowledge, but kodo was proposed in forum #256928, though the user proposing it intended it for something different. It makes sense to me after reading the linked Urban Dictionary entry, anyway, and I think it would be worth discussing in another thread.

Actually Kodo could work in this sense too.
It's only an idea that i recently had so I'm still mowing over it.
Tbh I think that a kodo_focus tag could solve a few issues dealing with labeling something shota and or loli here on danbooru.

Looks closer to young teen than loli to me. Proportions might look shorter because of the perspective.
