There's a character named Claude from a pretty old VN called Darcrows which his tag currently has no qualifier.
Given that there are plothera of characters named Claude, I think this tag should be renamed and the tag "Claude" with no qualifier should be deprecated for futureproofing, just incase someone uploaded an image of GTAIII's Claude.
