Codename Kids Next Door character alias

Since these characters are much better known by their codenames than their civilian names, I suggest having their codenames be the tag names instead and aliasing the civilian names to them.

TIL Hoagie was short for Hogarth.

They should probably be qualified. I know the "numbuh" spelling is part of the show's identity, but I don't know if it's really unique enough to stand on its own for tagging.

Can't really imagine any possible way it could be confused with anything else - where else has the word written like that ever appeared?
I suppose we might as well qualify it if we're already doing this (consistency and what have you), but even if it's not done it really shouldn't be much of an issue - it's not like we're just writing out number_5 which would *absolutely* need to have _(knd) added to it
