Implying and updating shiny pokemon to pokemon_creature

BUR #20146 has been rejected.

create implication shiny_pokemon -> pokemon_(creature)
mass update shiny_pokemon -> pokemon_(creature)

For ease of tagging.

Don't know enough about Pokemon to have much of an opinion on this, but the tag automatically implicates pokemon (creature) once created. There's no need to mass update it.

I don't think this is a good idea only because it would mistag personifications (post #6678882, post #6148239, etc.).

In addition to The Bob's point, shiny pokemon can also be used to describe inanimate objects using their palette (post #6027268) or somebody thinking about one (post #5998055).

pokemon (creature) is only for living Pokemon within the post.

The bulk update request #20146 (forum #255310) has been rejected by @War6t2.

Not the first time either.
