create alias eyewear_on_clothing -> eyewear_hang
As the title suggests. I looked through eyewear on clothing and couldn't find an example that wasn't an eyewear hang post. The former seems to be the tag that's used when a user can't find the latter, which makes it look like a good utility alias to me.
