Madoka Magica costumes that were only named years later

As of today, the black funeral dress from Rebellion got its official name in Magia Record: "暁美 ほむら(黒ワンピース)" ("Akemi Homura (Kuro Wanpiisu)"), as the name of her L2D model. Meaning - the costume now has an official name, and thus, have its own chartag.
I believe this is a fitting solution - especially given that not all artworks show enough of the body to determine it's a dress, thus technically not being supposed to be tagged as a dress.

I would also like to discuss a different costume first featured in an earlier installment, that was only explicitly named years later in Magia Record - Akemi Homura (Megane ver.) (also known as Akemi Homura (Glasses) in the NA version). I believe the tag should also be considered, but there's a large "however"...
The situation with Megane ver. is a little more complicated - while it's true it exists, ultimately, that costume's only difference from regular Homura is the presence of those red glasses and twin braids, and a different personality (which may not always show in fanart, anyway). By strict definitions, it probably shouldn't be tagged on posts that display those traits, but don't technically fall under the MR unit, like post #2964849 or post #2116447. Especially given that just two elements don't make it a full costume...
That being said, there's also art that displays Homura with either a braid or glasses, without it being "Moemura" - post #2314034, post #1702383, post #1711274, post #4755787, somewhat validating that...
Should a chartag for this version of Homura also be created?

Personally, I wouldn't be against such a tag. However, I can see why someone else might be for the exact reason you pointed out: the difference between Megane ver. and regular Homura is minimal. If such a tag were to be created, it would carry the risk of posts like post #2116447 being mistagged with it by people who don't know any better. If such a tag were to be created, it may require heavy gardening in order to keep from becoming polluted with posts that aren't actually Megane ver.

I think it can be done if someone is dedicated enough to maintaining it, but those risks are there. If such a tag were to be created, perhaps it should come with a note of some sort to only use on Magia Record posts? (I say like the average user ever reads the wikis...)
