I added the shota tag to those before because the amount of his body that could be seen still looked rather immature to me. It's a bit clearer in the first example; you can see down to the navel, which makes the size difference between him and Meiling more apparent, and the chest shape seems to be in line with other examples of shota I've seen.

Not sure about the second one but I'd definitely tag the first as loli especially given the child post. Picture itself shows Ronald beckoning her and I'm sure the text if translated would fall under "sexually suggestive" which the wiki states is enough for loli.

For some tags, yes, but generally for loli it's best to ignore it and focus on the image itself. A lot of communities don't use the word the way we do, particularly in regards to our exclusively explicit definition.

The loli wiki states that sexually suggestive artwork is enough, but I don't see anything extending this concept to text. I do know the rating can be increased if the text is suggestive enough. However, if we assume suggestive text is enough for loli...

I translated the text to see how suggestive it really was (I won't post it in case the artist releases an English version as mentioned in the commentary), and it's hard to argue that it isn't at least a bit suggestive. The text definitely provides a more disturbing context to everything, including the concerned look on the mother's face.
If a textless version is released, I'd argue that the loli tag should be removed for that version since it just looks like someone showing the girl his phone out of context and most users that don't know about mind control fetishes probably won't see anything suggestive about it.

I'm not sure if pregnancy on its own is sufficient for loli, but I do know that it shouldn't be rated Q or E. Maybe the pregnancy can bump it up to S, but no higher.

A bit off topic, why wouldn't you post the translation? Whether or not the artist posts their own English translation doesn't mean we shouldn't translate things ourselves. Often self-done translations are subpar, and even when they're competent there's still often mistakes or discrepancies between the versions.

I was overthinking the ettiquete issues with translating other's work when they have a competent official translation available, though I also realize for our purposes, we shouldn't worry about it for the reasons you described. Accuracy comes first, and if the official translation is better, we can always change it. I'll add my translation in a bit. Edit: Done! Not really as bad as I thought except for the last two lines.

You're right. I didn't see the other person (probably the father) in the background. It's just as likely she's unaware of what's going on, though I don't think that weakens my argument for not adding loli to the textless version if someone uploads it.
