I don't think using the tag for one artist without qualifier for a different artist like this is OK. Additionally you got the name order wrong.

Well, what do you propose instead?
Because the artist currently tagged as "tsuchu" doesn't use that name on any active sites.
And the artist tagged "user_wjun3753" ONLY uses "tsuchu".
