Just did a second check and appparently this is a brief alt account or a proxy account of 463 Jun while his main account was temporarily suspended. Evident by the same artwork being uploaded on the artist's Twitter before. The "artist's" commentary also mentioned that it was simply a repost of a work of an "anonymous artist" who gives him a permission to upload it.
