This pool is about celebrating Sakuya's return to playable character status in Double Dealing character.

I want to potentially move to having the touhou "character gains/returns to playable status" pools brought together into one, to avoid pool bloat and standardise it a bit, but before doing that, I need to assess the existing pools and make sure they're tagged correctly regarding the games that they feature in. My mindset is that if every post is tagged with the game name and the character, you can easily resurface the old pool just by using the pool number and the game. The other pool technically celebrates two games, so I wanted to use this pool to essentially poll on the question and then use that information to tag the other pool correctly.

TL:DR, the question I'm polling with this post is this: Is a post celebrating that a character is playable in a particular game worthy of being tagged with that game, even if nothing specific to the game is part of it? Is the fact that it is celebrating a feature of that game enough?

I would tentatively say yes: the pictures are specifically referencing that game. They wouldn't have been drawn without that game's existence, and I assume it would be reasonable to expect posts celebrating a character being included in a game when searching for that game's tag.
