Traffic barriers are also called guard rails according to Wikipedia. I've also added crash_barrier as a utility alias. Guard rail is the main tag because it already has a wiki and has more tags.

Should reconsider the traffic barrier -> guard rail alias. The term traffic barrier is much broader than simply guard rails, so I question Wikipedia's accuracy on this. Traffic barriers are also used as a means of guiding and routing traffic, not simply "protecting out-of-control vehicles" like our guard rail tag is defined.
