I went and created animal ear piercing because that seems like a legitimate tag; one would need to exclude both fake animal ears and extra ears, so a 3 tag search for a simple concept, and and the latter exclusion isn't reliable anyway as it would have both false negatives and false positives.
However it will need to be populated enough to imply animal ears and ear piercing (will take thousands of posts for the former).
Though, remember you can create tags yourself, even if wanting to discuss it beforehand never hurts.
