Compelety same images were ignored and all "basically unchanged" (pixel-perfect duplicate, 13 posts in total) has marked md5_mismatch in the following list. Same with posts listed above. Feel free to skip them. If you mind the filesize, not only the same pixel hash, I can filter out posts that filesize differs by a certain value.
I don't have an explanation of what these new URLs are vs the old "noop" versions, and what the difference is between the old/new when they're so similar. If some cases are no good for replacement, that puts the rest on shakier ground.
