I've contemplated adding the ability to search comments, but there are enough that indexing them all takes awhile, and I'm not at all sure if it would be a useful feature.
If notes were searchable it would add another element where you could add notes for English text as well which would make image text as a whole a searchable element in addition to tags (provided enough bored people put in the effort)
