create implication aiming_at_viewer -> aiming

This seems self-explanatory, a character can't be aiming at the viewer if they are not aiming.

I'm tempted to include aiming up here too, but in reality that's more pointing the gun upward for safety's sake or to look cool rather than actually aiming at anything, so an implication wouldn't work.

The wiki for aiming at viewer says that the tag can be used for objects like cameras or hoses.
Should a similar note be added to the wiki for aiming?

aiming -aiming_at_viewer camera already had relevant posts before this implication, which is why I approved this.

This however brings up the question of what to do with taking_picture camera. Also, none of the posts under taking_picture looking_at_viewer camera are tagged with aiming at viewer. Might be worth reconsidering whether we should tag taking pictures of the viewer with aiming at viewer, especially because there's only 7 posts under aiming_at_viewer camera.

I think it makes sense that we do include aiming at viewer for camera images where it applies. It would disambiguate the first query you link to above, where some are clearly the viewer taking the image, some are someone aiming at another subject in the scene, and some are clearly the subject of the image photographing the viewer. The last would be "aiming at viewer".
