Any tips on when to upload?

There's a very good chance that the images that I upload here on this site is just mid or below-average and I can accept that, my taste is a strange one admittedly. But I have to wonder if the time of when I upload an image also factors to how much traffic it gets, and if maybe uploading in this hour in my timezone will garner more views, and potentially upvotes, than if I upload it in this hour of my timezone.

Does anyone know what time people are active such as EST or CST or GMT 2+, things like that?

Upvotes don't do anything.

Your upload says in the queue for up to three days. Time of day has virtually no impact on whether or not it gets approved.

Only approvers need to see it and we have a special page that shows us everything in the queue, so trying to garner additional views and upvotes is pointless. Upload whenever you want.

Thank you two for your replies, I was under the impression that it was a popularity contest.
I guess there is something fair about that rather than it being a popularity contest.
