Deprecate swimsuit_skirt, with some extra

BUR #16804 has been rejected.

According to it's wiki it is for "one-piece swimsuits that incorporate a skirt", but dress swimsuit already covers for this intended purpose. (speaking of, i think it is missing a one-piece swimsuit implication, and maybe a "one-piece_swimsuit_skirt" alias?)
There are also a significant number of bikinis mistagged under it that should be under bikini skirt instead;
I am willing to go through the tag myself to separate the two groups so they can be moved to their respective appropriate tags.
If this goes through, i will request the other BURs about the implication and alias for dress swimsuit;
i am also open for suggestions for better ideas of course

+1 for the deprecation, but if there's to be an alias I would prefer dress swimsuit be renamed to swimsuit dress because...

1. searches for "dress swimsuit" or "swimsuit dress" on amazon both return products called "swimdress"
2. the dress swimsuit is a style of one-piece swimsuit that appears as a dress, not a style of dress that appears as a swimsuit
3. the "dress" part of dress swimsuit sounds similar to terms like dress shirts and dress pants, both being formalwear which swimsuits should never be considered as

tbh, I would also be fine with swimdress as a name.

thanks for the input, and 3rd point is very good, i also like swimsuit dress better as a main name + the order is consistent with bikini skirt, we can alias both dress swimsuit and swimdress to it.
