handrail -> railing alias

is there a particular reason to keep handrail? most, if not all railings include a handrail, in fact its wiki even uses the term "handrail".

railing wiki:
A short permanent barrier with a handrail used for control or safety purposes for people.

the best case I can see is things like post #6236498 with indoor stairwells that lack the "railing" part of it, but even then... it's still a railing, only this one forgoes the ground support because it's wall-mounted.

In my understanding, the term handrail can include small rails that are only big enough for a single hand to grip onto, hence the name, whereas a railing is a larger 'furniture-sized' object that spans an entire area.

Here's an admittedly not very clear illustrative comparison.

For Danbooru's purposes, though, it might be better to use the term 'handgrip' or simply 'handle' for single-hand rails.
