rename "teva_sandals" to "velcro_sandals"

BUR #17580 has been rejected.

rename teva_sandals -> velcro_sandals
create implication velcro_sandals -> sandals

all of the posts tagged with teva_sandals are splatoon characters wearing the delta straps. although they are heavily inspired by tevas, they don’t have the teva branding, so a more general tag would fit better.

since they are obviously a style of sandals, the tag sandals will be implicated for the sake of tagging ease.

You might want to check your BUR. This one is renaming it to hiking_sandals not velcro_sandals.
