Native American is already used for characters wearing Native American clothes.

Aside from the fact that a non-native american person can wear native american clothes, there probably needs cleanup in the ethnicity/clothing situation between them. A pruning of the latter tagdue to it being filled with canon tagging, something we avoid for things like ethnicity.
