edit: as noted below, rottenduck's twitter handle is kurotofu spelled backwards, so I think it's a good enough confirmation

Same characters and artstyle; RottenDuck's username is kurotofu reversed; and their profiles mention being the "dark side" and "alt account" of someone. They're definitely the same artist.

The former, but you could also name the artist ekurea_djian, ekurea_dyan, eclair_jan or something like that.
