create alias dog_walking -> pet_walking

This tag is already being used for animals/creatures other than dogs, so I thought this would be appropriate.

Some might say not all of them are "pets" exactly, but what else would you call this tag? Suggestions are welcome

Even not accounting for fetish stuff there's a lot of random animals being walked in that tag, so no harm in doing this.
