create alias oni_(street_fighter) -> kuruoshiki_oni
Currently, Akuma's alternate forms were tagged as separate character instead of implications, so I think it should be implicated for the ease of tagging.
Also, I would like to create an alias for Kuruoshiki Oni with his simple "Oni (Street Fighter)" names, since that's what this form were commonly called.
