"legwear" as used in tag names isn't for pants, it's for thighhighs, pantyhose, socks, leg warmers and the like; that's if xcolor_legwear tags were useful, but using black_whatever_the_specific_type_of_legwear_is instead is much better.
And a tag with 0 posts is essentially nuked
