Deprecate empty

I did not see a reasoning behind this tag. Most of posts using this tag depict empty eyes instead, while post #6210535 used it in the same manner as no humans. post #6064137 use this similar to negative space. Any other thoughts?

it's definitely a bad tag, other usages include empty bottles (for which there already is empty bottle) and an assortment of empty coin purses, wallets, bowls, containers, so on and so forth.

It looks like a tag that is almost invariably a result of people putting space instead of underscore.
