The i_oekaki08 Twitter was added to ventunesimo in 2018 I think by bot and it looks like a mistake so I undid it. It looks like they worked together so maybe had links to each other in their profiles. You can see them talking to each other on Twitter (the i_oekaki08 account was renamed to hotahota_ro) which would be very strange if they were the same person.
