One is Korean, the other has a Weibo account but doesn't write Chinese and rarely writes Japanese. Both seem to like Project SEKAI. One has more complex artworks than the other, though they draw eyes in the same style. One tweets a lot, while I could only find a reply with symbols from the other on Twitter, I assume to hide their nationality... I also think they might be the same, but I can't confirm.
Onprsk seems to be Gin (gin937)'s doodle account, it mostly posts flat colored doodles, I also found twitter #1646167251156975617 looking like the draft of pixiv #107177428. It also occasionally reposts Gin's work.

The artist (who is from Taiwan) gives ジミン as their chosen reading of their name, which is they give "ZM.敏" on Twitter and "Z.M. 敏" on Pixiv as the written form (敏 is read in Chinese as "min").
The Hepburn romanization of ジミン is "jimin", but several of the artist's socials use "zimin" in the URL/username, which is valid under other official romanization systems; it also has the benefit of thematically matching the "ZM" in the name's written form.

Same artist, accidentally created the new entry because I didn't check the inactive twitter handle.
Are e7_(runaway162), currently named weyowang, and eventh7 the same artist? Seems like both are Russian and had a similar artstyle and name around the time the older account deleted old works and stopped uploading, but I can't find anything else to link them.
