BUR #16222 has been rejected.
create alias animal_hair_ornament -> animal-themed_hair_ornament
In order to standardize with any existing *-themed_* tags such as animal-themed food or food-themed clothes. Wanted to rename it but the tag has hundreds of posts. Also, this can clarify that it does not mean ornament worn on animal's hair.
Implications will come soon, depending on approval of this BUR.
