"linyexingyue", or "linye xingyue" if one wants to argue that they're two words, but since it's a made up name it's not very clear.

Do you mean to rename the arttag or you found the Twitter account first and wanted to create a new tag? Akagi_keita would be fine.
If you wanted to create a tag, we already have keita_(kmfirstday). I just fixed the Twitter URL.

Yes, I found it on twitter and tried to upload his illustration from twitter and tried to create a new tag.
I'm new here, so for next time I will search also with his pixiv account and prevent duplicating the artist.

There's a tag for them already Gummuru. You can use a mix of the other names to rename the tags, but we had a gum_(illliliiillili) that got aliased to Gummuru.

They seem to be named after Tsutsukakushi Tsukiko (https://zh.moegirl.org.cn/zh-hans/筒隐月子), so should it be tsutsukakushi_tsukiko_(artist) or romanized as tongyin_yuezi?

By all indications the artist is Chinese, speaks no Japanese at all. It's more likely than not a Chinese pronunciation, so just use the latter romanization of tongyin_yuezi .

Translated the surname as itano, but according to jisho, it can also mean two other names. The question here is, is itano more common?
I don't know if the current name is correct, but looking at artist's links make me think it's probably "white_highlow" or just "highlow". I need a second check for this.

Might as well be "Youlanling", the name doesn’t particularly sound like it needs to be split into parts.
