They do look very similar, from artstyle and themes to FANBOX post titles and Pixiv bookmarks on stacc. Looking at Powzin's URL history that's probably the case, but both accounts are active, whatever the reason why. If they are indeed the same person, I don't know if they'd want to be mixed together.
