A majority of penises in anime art are circumcised, and we already have the foreskin tag for the less common inverse case. This is like tagging white_skin.

I would be surprised if the majority of penises in anime art were circumcised, given the fact that <2% of Japanese men are circumcised based on a quick search, and I would suspect that to be reflected to some extent in anime art too. I'd sooner assume like LQ that it's harder to tell when erect than them being circumcised as if they were someone from an Anglophone country.

Perhaps, but it doesn't really matter which case is true since either of them would be grounds to nuke the tag.

I think we could create a circumcision scar tag - that seems to be the most reliable way to indicate a character is explicitly circumcised.

Just a few examples from this tag: post #1145047, post #2810633, post #2736968. Seems to be a running theme for the earlier posts in the tag, although it became diluted as time went on.

It's pretty rare in Europe too.

Now it's mostly Americans and members of certain religious sects.
