alias anniversary -> happy_anniversary

BUR #15388 has been rejected.

create alias anniversary -> happy_anniversary

Why isn't anniversary happy unlike other days(birthday, new year, halloween, etc.)?
Is it because the example of wiki is marriage anniversary?
Even if it's not for that reason, I created this BUR for uniformity with other tags.

Additionally, I'd like to add the contents to the wiki page, so please check below as well.

It generally celebrates the 'OOth anniversary' of a copyright.
It is often used in mobile games, etc., and this date is calculated based on the release date on the server that was first released.Game companies often hold big events in time for this release date. This event goes beyond the event story in the game to various contests and becomes a commemorative concert in the actual concert hall.
Artists upload countdown arts or anniversary arts for this date.

Fine. See post #5657093, post #5993967, post #4488619, literally most of the anniversary search. You'll find similar results.

And if you don't already know - "happy" tags are for the English phrase. We have New Year and Happy New Year, birthday and happy birthday, halloween and happy halloween, etc.
A subtag for anniversary posts that feature the English phrase "happy anniversary" wouldn't be unprecedented, but it would be a subtag, not the main tag.

All right. Then we need to separate the posts with the 'happy_anniversary' phrase in the anniversary posts later.
For now, It's like we just add every cases into an anniversary.
