rename tonayon -> sheyona

BUR #15387 has been rejected.

rename tonayon -> sheyona

The name change happened almost a year ago (pixiv.net/artworks/96674685 from 4th of March 2022 is watermarked @TonAyonArt whereas pixiv.net/en/artworks/96760183 from 7th of March 2022 is watermarked @SheYonArt) but Danbooru still has the old name. Also, none of her current socials use the name TonAyon anymore.

Isn't this an artist tag BUR? Please consider posting this on topic #7713 instead. Thank you.

Please change this to an alias first.
