Rename/deprecate ambiguous wakfu characters

rename cra -> cra_(wakfu)
rename iop -> iop_(wakfu)
rename evangelyne -> evangelyne_(wakfu)
rename yugo -> yugo_(wakfu)
deprecate cra
deprecate iop
deprecate evangelyne
deprecate yugo

Very ambiguous unqualified names + cra is easy to accidentally mistag when autocomplete lags

The first two tags can/should be deprecated since they are only 3 letter long and look like unfinished/spam tags.

The third one is long and unique enough to keep as it is unless you want to go for consistency.

The last one is open to debate.

Evangelyne is pretty much just an alternate spelling of Evangeline, which is an actual IRL name (and also fairly common on danbooru judging by an evangeline_* search)

Yugo is VERY ambiguous, there's several artists and characters with the same name not to mention that it's also short for Yugoslavia and the name of a car from the same country
