Both TSUKIPRO and TSUKIUTA are series under Tsukino Talent Production. It acts as a parent brand of sorts. However, both TSUKIPRO and TSUKIUTA are their own series. They just both fall under the Tsukino Talent Production franchise, if that makes any sense.
