I tried to clean those a few years ago. There are so many ways to draw light that is significant but hard to tag.

What will end up happening if these are deprecated is that this concept will just not be tagged at all.

People already tag the more specific kind of light enough, including tags that aren't even mentioned in the wikis. If you think the concept won't be tagged at all, change it to a meta tag and call it light request.

In the meantime, one should obviously be aliased to the other since one is just the plural version.

Could also maybe do with some more tags analogous to backlighting and sidelighting like light from below, implied light from a source or flame that isn't visible, etc.
