Not sure where the full name comes from, changing to username since it's more commonly used.

In all cases where an artist has the same name at the top of their pixiv and Twitter pages, I would consider that name to be primary and need very strong evidence to be persuaded otherwise.

To be clear, さわやか鮫肌 means Sawayaka Samehada. Also, Adahemas is just their given name spelled backwards.
