Kemono Friends Tiger Aliases

BUR #14145 has been rejected.

create alias tiger_(kemono_friends) -> bengal_tiger_(kemono_friends)
create alias siberian_tiger_(kemono_friends) -> amur_tiger_(kemono_friends)
create alias siberian_tiger_(kemono_friends)_(old_design) -> amur_tiger_(kemono_friends)_(old_design)

This alias is something I had thought of requesting a while ago anyway, but recently someone made a separate tag for 'Bengal tiger' so I guess I have the impetus now. Bengal and 'plain' tiger are the same character, and I think Bengal is preferable as the main name because just 'tiger' is somewhat ambiguous (but shouldn't be unaliased because she is called that in a lot of (canonical) cases).

Amur is an alternate name for Siberian and apparently her primary name in Japanese. Also thought it prudent to pre-emptively alias the as-yet nonexistant tag for her Nexon design, because that's a thing; but of course feel free to re-file the request without that line if there's a reason to not do that.

Empty aliases are automatically retired, so there's no point in that unless someone adds some posts to that tag.

post #2645771 post #2645775 and post #2691226 feature the old design, so we can populate it.
