rename 9nine -> 9nine_(idol_group)
rename 9_-nine-_kokonotsu_kokonoka_kokonoiro -> 9-nine-
9nine is an idol group and 9_-nine- is a visual novel series. It's misleading to have two tags without some additional info
kokonotsu_kokonoka_kokonoiro is the first of 5 episodes, there should be a more general tag, like 9-nine- (official spelling) or maybe 9-nine-_(series)

It doesn't seem we currently differentiate between first and second, and we're just using the first part's name for the whole copyright.
Leaving it as a rename instead of an alias so that if someone wants to tag the two parts separately they can do so now.
