Undeprecate dark_sky

Seems that dark sky exclusively occur during nighttime, solar eclipse or in outer space. And the colour itself is not always absolutely black. It can also happen due to thunderstorms, some kind of phenomenon like evil spirit haunting and such. I took a look at post #4334813, and cannot sure if such terrifying scenery is happening during day or night. Viewers cannot simply determine if the sky is overcast or not.

If dark sky needs to exist then black sky and night sky would have to imply it, at minimum.

night_sky is a whole other mess. It's just a tandem tag for the night sky search and is routinely used in conjunction with (and sometimes instead of) starry_sky, meaning things like post #5145936 and post #3632078 would end up tagged dark_sky.
