Should we keep the tag khakis?

Originally I wanted to suggest renaming khakis into khaki_(color) - in order to distinguish it from same-looking artist tag.
However, I would like like to hear some opinions regarding specific shade of colour-related tag. I personally want this tag to stay active and populated, when brown or yellow-related tags aren't enough to describe certain colour of clothes, background, object, or any visual components of images. Having similar function just like the tag feldgrau to describe slightly greenish shade of grey.

Nah, good idea. Khakis are just pants/shorts made from chino cloth ("chinos") which is impossible to tag. Even when it's pants it's everything from dress pants to jeans to military pants.

The colour is just beige. forum #194089 suggests there are many beiges but even khakis is used for a wide variety of beige colours. post #5769102 is brown, post #5703733 is a barely brown off-white, post #5716358 has subtle off-white colouring, post #4996750 is matcha green, post #4729975 has four shades of green/brown/yellow, etc.

The tag is also used for non-pants like military/explorer uniforms, camouflage, breast pockets, safari jackets, tactical clothing, and beige socks, which is dumb.

I do agree with your opinion and points. For God's sake, thank you for making me to realize that another clothing-related colour tag between yellow and brown does also exist. I've been tagging most of school cardigan-related colors wrong. Feels so sorry for accidentally voting meh.

Because beige is an ambiguous color that people used to tag yellow, brown, and grey things. It's impossible to keep clean.
