They all seem to be the same artist. Both are from Peru and seem to have similar styles, kinda. One mainly uploads NSFW stuff and the other SFW. Houshasei Gokiburi's URLs and wiki point in that direction, btw they're current named クカラチョ but I'm going with their @ qkracho.
I'm leaving it to be agreed or not, I'm not going to approve this one.

In addition to their art styles and common subjects being identical, Rokusuppo’s skeb has pictures that Kugara posted on their twitter.

The Rokusuppo accounts hasn’t been active in over a year so Kugara4423 is their current name and gets the tag.
Aside from other overlapping posts, they also have the same writing over illustrations and the commissioner talks about another account in the Skeb post you linked. I tried contacting the artist, but yeah. The first is a "垢" account.
