BUR #12718 has been rejected.
create implication window_(computing) -> user_interface
I don't know computer terminology as well as I should, but I think a window is a type of user interface by definition. Wikipedia seems to agree: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Window_(computing), https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windowing_system
The "tangibly visible" (and intuitive) clause for user interface would exclude things like post #5607840, which get tagged as window (computing) but would probably never get user interface added by a user.
